Supporting documentation required for NRBs:
- 7 copies of passport size photos of Primary Applicant (signed by primary applicant on the back)
- 3 copies of passport size photos of Nominee (nominee’s name on the back and attested/signed by primary applicant)
- 2 copies of Primary Applicant and Nominee's passport – first few pages containing signature and photo (please sign each page)
- Residence proof of both the applicant (Green Card Photocopy & Utility Bill)
To open Company NITA Account, the following documents are required:

Ø Copy of Minutes of Board Resolution Concerning opening & operation of NITA & BO Account duly certified by Chairman (On company letterhead)
Ø Copy of Certificate of Incorporation attested by Bangladesh High Commission
Ø Copy of Memorandum & Article of Association attested by Bangladesh High Commission
Ø Certified copy of up-to-date list of directors from relevant registration authority in country of origin attested by Bangladesh High Commission
